徳？損？

起名医は後医という言葉があるが、それだけではない。

承以前大腿ヘルニアのある人が心窩部痛で来院。帰宅後腹痛がひどくなり、腸閉塞になってしまった時の外科のプレゼンが鼠蹊部の腫瘤には気づいていたみたいなのですがなぜか、、、クスクスで、反省しながらも傷ついた。その数日後他の内科医が同様軽度の症状に来院した人にCTをとったらヘルニアあり、外科入院を指定されたようだが、ヘルニアはあるんだけど、、とめいわくそうな苦笑い。

転完全なプライマリと勤務医ならば、それは肉体的（仕事的）な徳と精神的（優越感）な徳のどちらを取るかということになる。おそらく自分の立場はヘタをすると両方得られないことになる。

 

結というわけで専門を自由に選べる日本で病院総合医になろうなどという人は非常に稀な存在ということになる。

Virtue? Loss?

 

There is a saying that late Doctor is better than before Doctor , but there is more to it than that.

 

Cheng Previously, a person with a femoral hernia came to the hospital with epicatric pain. After returning home, the abdominal pain got worse, and when he had an intestinal obstruction, the surgeon's presentation seemed to say why I miss the obstruction even though  I noticed  mass in the inguinal region. A few days later, another internist came to the hospital with similar mild symptoms and did a CT scan and found a hernia.But surgeon seemed they didn’t admire that because herniation was not indicate to operation.

 

If you're a complete primary care physician or a practicing physician, it's a matter of choosing between physical (professional) virtue and spiritual (superiority) virtue. I am  a bad position, I  probably won't be able to have both.

 

This is why people who want to become hospital general physicians in Japan, where they can freely choose their specialty, are very rare.
